About Marivonne

I have been practicing family law in the Houston/Spring/Montgomery County Texas area for 30 years.  The primary difference between other lawyers and me is that I stay  in touch with my clients and address quickly any concerns that they have.  Our goal is to answer any question within 24 hours. We use the client portal MyCase to do this, and that online access allows clients to see their documents, ask questions, review their fees, and in general stay current on the status of their cases.  We also have a payment plan. We use a flat fee approach (not an hourly rate) which lets clients know their fees in advance.
