About Mark

Mark is of counsel to Nichols Wadsworth & Arnold and has worked as an attorney in Utah for over thirty years.  He graduated from BYU with his Bachelors and got his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.  Mark worked as the Layton City Attorney for a number of years where he became deeply involved in the process of entitlements and land use.  After he left Layton City, Mark opened his own law practice where he delved into the private side of land use and development, further developing the skills and contacts he made during his time working for government.  Now, Mark is involved in a highly specialized real estate and land use practice where he focuses on large transactions including the development of ski resorts, large PUDs and general land entitlement.
