Mark E. Bakay, Managing Partner

Mark Bakay is the founding partner of the Law Office of Mark Bakay in Winter Park, Florida. Mr. Bakay graduated from Emory University in Atlanta Georgia in 2000. From Georgia Mr. Bakay moved to south Florida in 2001 to attend St. Thomas University school of Law. At St. Thomas University School of law Mr. Bakay was a member of Law review and the Mock Trial team for two years. Mr. Bakay Graduated in 2004 and passed the Florida Bar Exam.

Mr. Bakay then moved to Central Florida to work at the State Attorney's office in Seminole county. Mr. Bakay left the State to work for the defense at the Public Defender's office in 2005. During his time with both state agencies, Mr. Bakay work on hundreds of cases ranging from simple misdemeanors to first degree felonies. Mr. Bakay has worked on DUI, drug cases, and driving offense from both sides of the court room and can give you the advice of a highly experienced attorney.

Mr. Bakay then left the Public Defender's Office to work in private practice for a ticket firm. At the ticket firm Mr. Bakay learned all the ins and outs of your Florida license. These legal ins and outs can help you get a suspended license back or end a HTD status. Mr. Bakay has handled 1,000’s of traffic citations from minor offenses to serious injury cases. Mr. Bakay has also handled hundreds of DUI cases that include breath and drug cases along with DMV hearings. Mr. Bakay opened and operated the ticket firms Osceola office until he went out on his own in 2009.
