QUESTIONNAIRE
In the last year, I guided my client through an auto accident case in Lake County, Florida where the at-fault driver was found to be DUI. My client had major injuries and I was able to obtain the policy limits on her case. To further service my client in her needs, I assisted her and the State Attorney in the prosecution of the DUI driver. I walked her through the process and appeared with her at her court proceedings after the completion of her civil case. Going the extra mile for my client's is the difference I can make in their case.
How did you build a successful practice?I am building a successful practice through hard work, word of mouth and likeability. I have two mottos that I live by, "success comes before work only in the dictionary" and "don't let anyone out work you."
What should clients look for in a lawyer?In their lawyer, clients should look for someone who is compassionate to their needs, passionate about their field of expertise, someone who is responsive and can move the case quickly. Furthermore, clients should look for someone who is confident in their abilities to meet their needs from start to finish.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Local knowledge is very helpful to successfully resolving a case. It helps to know how to navigate the system to resolve a case in a timely fashion.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?In a free phone conversation, I can provide information as to the strong points and weak points of the potential case and steer the potential client in the right direction if I am unable to assist in the case.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?The most rewarding aspect of my job is that I get to meet and speak to people who are need of assistance in navigating the legal system. I get to listen to people who don't know where to turn and make a difference in their life by helping them obtain justice. Knowing that they are so very appreciative of my efforts is the single most gratifying and fulfilling feeling that one can have.
