Mark Caira is an associate with the firm and concentrates his practice in workers' compensation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Caira served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Samuel G. DeSimone, Assignment Judge, of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Gloucester, Cumberland and Salem Counties.

Mr. Caira graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor's degree in political science in 1988. He earned his law degree, with honors, in 1993 from the Rutgers University School of Law - Camden. While at Rutgers, he served as a case notes and comments editor for the Rutgers University Law Journal. He is the author of "State Constitutional Takings Jurisprudence", published in the 1992 Rutgers University Law Journal.

He was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1993. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Caira is a member of the Gloucester County and New Jersey State Bar Associations, as well as a member of the Association of Trial Lawyer of America.

Mr. Caira was born in Camden, New Jersey in 1965.
