About Mark
I’m a trial lawyer at the Joye Law Firm. The top three types of cases I handle are trucking, personal injury and product liability. Right now, I probably do more trucking litigation cases than other kinds of litigation. I usually work on tractor-trailer crashes that occur on the highways and interstates in South Carolina. The majority of my product liability work centers around automobiles. I focus on defective tires, airbags, seatbelt buckles, drive systems and safety restraint systems. I also do other types of product liability work, like industrial machinery.
