Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I currently represent the family of a young girl who died as a result of the illegal marketing and prescribing of a fentanyl painkiller. This case, Fuller v. Insys Therapeutics, has been the subject of several national news stories highlighting the dangers of marketing and prescribing opiates to the public. I believe my work in this case has helped to shed light on the biggest public health crisis of our time.
