About Mark
Mark is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts. He received his juris doctor from Vermont Law School, cum laude. After graduation, Mark spent several years as a Clinton County Assistant District Attorney conducting investigations, hearings, grand jury presentations and misdemeanor and felony jury trials.
In 1998, Mark became First Assistant District Attorney for Essex County where he prosecuted major crimes until 2002.
In 2002, Mark opened his own practice in Plattsburgh, New York, focusing on state and federal criminal defense, divorce, child custody and bankruptcy. In 2008, he formed a partnership with Tina J. Soloski, Esq.
Mark is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York Defender’s Association and the Clinton County Bar Association.
