Mr. Sparks is a veteran trial lawyer with over 14 years of civil litigation experience on behalf of plaintiffs and foreign citizens against both domestic and international chemical and transnational companies, involved in major disputes concerning products liability, general negligence, corporate fraud, conversion, judgment enforcement, judgment collection, and foreign litigation.

Mr. Sparks’ international transactional, litigation and arbitration experience focuses on numerous national and foreign-based companies in multiple jurisdictions including: Asia, Europe, North America, Central America, and South America.

He represents plaintiffs in numerous cases in both state and federal courts throughout California and the United States.  Mr. Sparks acts as counsel for banana farm workers in Central America who were exposed to a banned pesticide, including overseeing the litigation of over 9,700 toxic tort cases.
