Very often cases that I get involved and deal with probate administration. Many times family members come to our office and ask for assistance having very little idea of what needs to be done to finalize the affairs of a loved one who has passed away and then the make sure that estate assets are transferred to family members of the decedent. I am involved in a variety of civic activities. I have been a member and chairman of four advisory boards located in the city of McAllen. I have been a member of several civic organizations including the Rotary club and Estate Planning Council. I have served as president of both those organizations. I'm currently serving as vice chairman of a state board that oversees social workers in the State of Texas. Finally, I'm involved in nonprofit activities and serve legal advisor or assist in any way I can with their activities.
