Marti Granizo-O'Hare, is a licensed New York State attorney and Master Mediator. Ms. O'Hare has been practicing law for over twenty years-with a specialty in Matrimonial Law and Contract Negotiations. She has been in private practice since 1996. Her legal experience spans the spectrum of working in litigation (including trial practice), transactional and academic environments. Prior to admission to practice, Ms. O'Hare worked for Salomon Brothers, (currently Smith Barney), Dewey Ballantine Law Firm (currently Dewey & LeBoeuf, LLP), and Chemical Bank (currently JP Morgan Chase). Once licensed, she worked for Seaman and Ashley Law Firm, a not for profit organization, and in private practice. Ms. O'Hare's clients included spouses, domestic partners, business owners, companies and not for profit organizations. In tandem, to practicing law, Ms. O'Hare was an Associate Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law for ten years. She has also successfully mediated hundreds of Matrimonial, Employment and Workplace disputes since 1993. In addition, Ms. O'Hare is a licensed real estate broker with a focus on off-market and private offerings of select commercial properties.
