About Martin
Prior to joining Reminger & Reminger Co., L.P.A., Martin Galvin completed judicial clerkships both at the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, and the Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals. Since joining Reminger & Reminger in 2001, Marty's practice has focused on: (1) Professional liability representation of attorneys, insurance agents, real estate agents, and other professionals; (2) Employment litigation; and (3) Appellate practice.
Marty practices in state courts throughout the State of Ohio, as well as federal courts in Ohio and elsewhere. He has tried over a dozen jury trials, including employment cases, legal malpractices, shareholder and partnership disputes, and U.S.C. 1983 litigation and briefed and argued over 40 cases in the Ohio Court of Appeals, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He frequently lectures on various topics, including legal writing, professional liability issues, and appellate practice. In 2005, Marty was recognized as a 'Rising Star' in Ohio by Law & Politics Magazine.
