Cases
State v. Villalta
Description: Client was charged with multiple counts of sexual assault on minor children. I took over the case from another attorney that was disbarred. On the eve of trial I received the detective's notes and I was contacted by the Chief Deputy District Attorney. After discussing the information in the newly received notes, the DA agreed to dismiss the case if my client was willing to take a polygraph test. Outcome: Case dismissed, house arrest fees waived
