Ms. Chapman has litigation experience in both State and Federal Courts and has engaged in appellate practice before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Ms. Chapman was born in Beckley, West Virginia, on September 12, 1975, to Jack W. and Anita Frances Chapman. She was raised and continues to reside in the Shady Spring District of Raleigh County. Single and without children, Ms. Chapman enjoys attending church and working with the Youth Sunday School Program; shopping for antiques with her parents; spending time with her three nephews and niece; taking her black cocker spaniel, Kirby, for long walks in the forest; sketching and painting; photographing people and nature; and reading Christian mystery novels.
