Over the past 21 years, it has become apparent that there are good parents, and parents who should not be given the responsibility of child rearing. However, good parents come in equal measure and this firm represents both men and women seeking to obtain, or maintain, custody of their children. GENDER is NOT the primary indicator of who should obtain custody. THE ABILITY TO PUT THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN FIRST and to ensure a safe, happy, and healthy childhood is the primary indicator as to whom custody should be awarded.
As with any legal matter, it is wise to retain an attorney in whom you have confidence and who demonstrates an extensive legal expertise in his or her chosen area of law.
