About Mats
Mats was born and raised in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, a small town thirty minutes south of Aspen. He graduated from Colorado State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies. He moved to Georgia in 2019 to attend law school at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and will graduate from John Marshall in May 2022 and sit for the Georgia Bar in July 2022. During his time in law school, Mats has been awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for receiving the highest grade in his class in Contracts I, Civil Procedure I, Legal Writing, Research, and Analysis III, and Criminal Procedure. He loves all things outdoors including golf, frisbee golf, soccer, and horseback riding and will never pass on a time to participate in such activities.
