Matthew R. Gebhardt is the president of The Law Offices of Matthew R. Gebhardt, P.C. and has more than 25 years of experience representing clients in criminal, traffic, and real estate matters throughout Illinois. A former prosecutor with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, he brings firsthand knowledge of the criminal justice system to cases involving DUI, traffic violations, drug charges, juvenile offenses, retail theft, sex crimes, violent crimes, misdemeanors, and felonies. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
