Matthew represented the Plaintiff, a New Yorker in a personal injury case in which the Plaintiff fell from a ladder while working in Pennsylvania. The case was filed in New York despite the accident occurring in Pennsylvania. The case ultimately settled before a New York Judge.
Matthew represented the Defendant, a restaurant owner in an action commenced by one of his former employees against him personally. Ultimately, the matter was expeditiously resolved.
