About Matthew
Matt founded The Wagoner Firm and assembled its team of seasoned attorneys based on the fundamental belief that traditional law firms do not adequately serve today's businesses. The business landscape has changed dramatically – from the growing list of innovative businesses to the surge in non-traditional crowdfunding opportunities – the business world requires more than what the traditional law office can offer. This demand was the impetus for the firm's flagship In-House Counsel Experience.
Before starting the Firm, Matt represented large national and regional clients with a variety of business and litigation needs including highly complex commercial disputes, corporate governance matters, and regulatory compliance. Prior to that, Matt served as the Principal Law Clerk to a Supreme Court Justice in New York City for nearly five years where he was involved with a diverse array of civil litigation matters.
Matt is passionate about working with entrepreneurs and credits much of his success to his parents.
