I have earned Not Guilty verdicts in almost every kind of criminal case possible, from Open Container violations to Murder, Capital Sexual Battery and Drug Trafficking. I have earned these results in both State and Federal court. I have practiced all over the State of Florida and, as such, have developed relationships with prosecutors and judges from virtually every county in the State.
I have assisted clients with divorce proceedings, child support, child custody and modifications of final judgments of divorce. I aggressively represent my clients in court, while showing compassion and understanding during our strategy sessions in the office.
I have represented those who were injured through no fault of their own. Whether as the result of a car accident, slip and fall, or medical malpractice I am ready to fight to see that you are fairly compensated for your injuries. As always, if there is no recovery then there is no fee.

Please describe a case(s) in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I represented a 19 year old that was facing a minimum/mandatory sentence of 30+ years in prison for allegedly committing several felony offenses including Aggravated Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer. At trial, we successfully demonstrated that the State's evidence was lacking with regard to the most serious charges against my client. The jury returned verdicts of Not Guilty as to every charge we contested and found my client guilty of the lesser charges that we conceded. Client received less than 5 years, with no minimum/mandatory sentence.
How did you build a successful practice?
I built a successful practice with a lot of hard work, long hours, and word of mouth from satisfied clients. I offer top rate legal service, while charging moderate fees. My firm’s goal is to help people in need, more so than to get rich off other's misfortunes.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
I differentiate myself from other lawyer's in my area by being willing to travel to all parts of the State to render assistance. Additionally, I am very competent in trial which allows for better settlement opportunities and plea offers for my clients. I have won the vast majority of my jury trials, in State and Federal Court.
