About Maureen

Maureen Goodman graduated from the prestigious Honors Program at Boston College in 1999 and Boston College School of Law in 2002.  While at Boston College School of Law Maureen served as the Executive Editor of the Environmental Affairs Law Review.  Upon graduation from law school she worked as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey for the Honorable Dennis M. Cavanaugh, U.S.D.J.  She is previously associated with McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP, where she practiced in the Insurance Services and Insurance Defense Groups.

After three years defending claims for multi-national clients and insurance companies, Maureen decided to return to her roots at Palmisano & Goodman where she had clerked during law school.  Maureen provides compassionate representation for people who have been seriously harmed by the carelessness of others, handles municipal court matters and name changes, drafts wills and represents the local Board of Fire Commissioners.

Maureen was admitted to practice before the New Jersey State Courts and the United State District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2002.   She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Middlesex County Trial Attorney Association and the American Association for Justice.
