Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

a. Our firm recently pursued a fatal car accident claim for a family where the police report put their husband/father at fault for the collision. After extensive investigation and filing a lawsuit and preparing the matter for trial, we were able to obtain compensation for the family's loss. Through our personal attention and dedication not only did we successfully settle the case but helped the family during a very difficult time in their life. b. This year our firm represented a husband and wife in an auto accident claim. The initial offer by the insurance company was less than one half of what we were able to settle for after pursuing the matter through the filing of a lawsuit on our clients behalf. *results may vary depending on the facts of each claim.
