Attorney Quattrochi attended Barry University – Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida. Attorney Quattrochi is a Connecticut native growing up in and around New York City. His legal career began in New York City as a Corporate Paralegal specializing in large-scale financial transactions. In 2011, Attorney Quattrochi founded the T.J. Pramer Scholarship Fund with Wilton High School. During Law School, Attorney Quattrochi worked as a Personal Injury Paralegal, handling pre-litigation case management duties for a local Personal Injury law firm. As a paralegal, he created and managed the Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”) department. Upon graduation, Attorney Quattrochi was already well versed in 1st and 3rd party Insurance disputes, having handled Personal Injury and Contractual disputes from intake through trial. I began my legal career in 1986 when I was a senior in High School. I started as a receptionist in a busy New York law firm. From there, I became a secretary and eventually a paralegal. I have personally worked on hundreds if not thousands of cases and even assisted in the courtroom during trials. But that wasn't enough--my passion for helping people became so overwhelming that I became an attorney. I worked full time as a paralegal in a local Brevard County law firm while obtaining my undergraduate degrees with top honors and Summa Cum Laude, and graduated from Barry University School of Law. Helping people through hard times, mistakes, unfortunate and stressful personal matters is what I am here for and devoted to.

Mr. Pendas became an attorney once he realized there was a need to better serve those who are disadvantaged and have become victims of accidents. He personally witnessed many accident victims poorly represented which resulted in an inability to fully recover from the consequences of the accident. Often times their lives spiraling out of control because of the financial hardship suffered due to their inability to work. Joel L. Piedra is a senior associate and manager of The Pendas law Firm Orlando office. He joined The Pendas Law Firm in 2009. Jonathan Foster is a Florida native who grew up in Orlando, Florida. Prior to law school, Jonathan attended the University of Central Florida, and was very involved in oral/written history projects regarding Veterans. In addition, he volunteered his time coaching 7th grade tackle football, worked in the childcare/education industry, and worked as a bartender in Sanford, FL. While in law school, Jonathan served on the 50th board of the Southern Regional Black Law Student Association as Moot Court Director, and also volunteered at a legal clinic assisting Veterans to obtain their disability benefits on appeal. Post-graduation, Jonathan worked at the largest insurance defense firm in Florida, handling a variety of claims including auto negligence, trucking negligence, premises liability, and first party property. Jonathan then went on to work for a nationally known medical malpractice/nursing home defense law firm, defending for some of the largest medical companies in the United States. Jonathan enjoys spending time with family and friends in his free time, however, receives the most joy by serving members of his community. Jonathan prides himself by being an organized and aggressive litigator to obtain the best result for his clients.
