Ms. Morgan is a shareholder and practices general civil litigation, concentrating on products liability, toxic tort and asbestos litigation, including the defense of product manufacturers. She also pursues and defends civil sex offense and personal injury cases. Ms. Morgan also serves as a Guardian ad Litem. She is a former chair of the BYU Alumni Women's Law Forum. She was voted by her peers throughout the state as one of Utah's "Legal Elite" in the category of Civil Trial Practice. She obtained her J.D. at the BYU J. Reuben Clark School in 1995 and her B.A. in English from BYU in 1991. She is a member of the Utah and Washington State Bars.
