Mr. Ripley has a strong background in the areas of replevin, landlord/tenant and foreclosure for banking institutions and individuals. Mr. Ripley has been able to balance efficient pre-judgment resolution of matters to the benefit of the client through work-outs, forbearance agreements and settlements when foreclosure or eviction is not preferred.
Community Involvement
Mr. Ripley is a member of the Orange County Bar Association. He is active in the Young Lawyer's Section of the Orange County Bar Association and represents dependant and abused children through the Guardian Ad Litem program sponsored by the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association.
