I proudly represent people.

Those charged with criminal defense cases ranging from simple misdemeanors to complex felonies in Pierce, Kitsap and King counties of Washington State.  I opened my practice in Washington in 1994 after practicing in Hawaii.  We offer a flat fee on all criminal and infraction cases, tailored to the client's particular charge, court of jurisdiction, and any prior case history. Payment plans are always available.

In addition to criminal cases, I help people cited for speeding and many other traffic infractions. Frequently, these infractions arise from a DUI arrest or related criminal case.  Accident cases also can result in an infraction being issued for failing to yield, negligent driving or following too closely.

Flat fees on all cases from speeding infractions to serious felony matters. Amount of total fee is determined by nature of case, prior client history (if any).
