About Michael
MICHAEL CESARANO is a Registered Patent Attorney who serves as the Head of the Patent Prosecution Department. Mr. Cesarano concentrates on patent prosecution, intellectual property litigation, and the national and international registration of various forms of intellectual property, particularly computer and internet technology.
Mr. Cesarano began his career as a pilot in the Uniter States Marine Corps. Combining his experience as a general litigaton withe his military aviation background, he worked as a patent attorney at Boeing Commercial Airplane Company before going into private practice.
Mr. Cesarano received his LL.M. from the University of London, his J.D., cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law and his B.E.E. from the University of Virginia. Mr Cesarano is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and board certified in Civil Trial and Business Litigation by The Florida Bar. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator. In addition to being a member of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Mr. Cesarano is admitted to practive law in Florida, Pennsylvania, and Washington. Additionally, he is a member of the American Intellectual Property Association, the American Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association.
