Anthony Melchiorre | Fort Myers Lawyer

Anthony Melchiorre is the Senior Partner here at Absolute Law. Anthony grew up here in Southwest Florida graduating from Fort Myers High School which then lead to staying local and attending Florida Gulf Coast University. Anthony graduated from FGCU a year early as he fast tracked his way through Undergrad. After being accepted to the University of Miami School of Law, Anthony moved to Miami for Law School.

Anthony is a proud graduate of the University of Miami School of Law. After graduating Law School, Anthony began his career as a Prosecutor in Miami-Dade County. After being an Assistant State Attorney for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, Anthony moved back to Fort Myers from Miami to join Absolute Law and to take over the Firm.  During his time at the State Attorney’s office, Anthony had many Jury Trials and Bench Trials from a wide range of criminal cases. While a prosecutor, Anthony was in the courtroom almost every single day in front many different judges.

Although Anthony started his career in public service as a prosecutor he always intended to be in the private sector as he wanted to build relationships with his clients and aggressively fight for their rights in whatever legal situation they need assistance with. Anthony takes on cases in the range of criminal defense, general civil litigation, contract disputes, and other business law issues.

Anthony is happy to be back home and eager to be of legal assistance to his local community and looks forward to giving back and to make his community an even better one.
