Practice Area: Criminal Defense Outcome: Time served Description: Our client was charged with First Degree Murder, Robbery With a Dangerous Weapon, and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. We were able to negotiate a time-served judgment the week before trial which allowed our client to walk out of prison that day without the risk of spending the rest of his life in custody. State v. J.P. Practice Area: Criminal Defense Outcome: Dismissed Description: Our client was charged with First Degree Murder, Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon. After spending nearly two years in custody with prior counsel, our firm was able to get our client's charges dismissed. State v. C.K. Practice Area: Criminal Defense Outcome: Dismissed Description: Client was charged with multiple felony drug charges while attending school at a local university.
