About Michael
Michael maintains both a transactional and litigation practice. He spends the majority of his time engaged in family law, business law and appellate litigation. In his family law practice, he has won cases on behalf of clients in trial and appellate courts, in Connecticut and internationally. In his business law practice, he has successfully engaged in business acquisitions, formations, contract drafting, and litigation. In his appellate practice, he has won both state and federal appeals, litigated cases in other parts of the country and recently filed a petition for a writ of certiorari to the United States Supreme Court.
