About Michael

Michael was born and raised in Arizona, graduating from Mesa High School in 1988. After serving a two-year mission for his church, he attended Arizona State University and received a degree in Elementary Education. Michael was a public educator and taught at the junior high school level in Queen Creek and Gilbert for six years. While teaching, Michael also earned a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and obtained a K-12 Administrators Certificate from the Arizona Department of Education.

In 2001, Michael left the teaching profession and attended law school at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. He graduated from law school ranked in the top twenty percent of his class. Upon graduation, Michael was hired by the firm as an associate. His main focus will be in the areas of Domestic Relations (Family Law) and Social Security Disability. In addition to working for our firm, Michael has also served as a prosecutor for the White Mountain Apache Tribe.

Michael has been married for over ten years and currently has four children. He enjoys camping with his family, riding horses, and sports activities. In addition to family responsibilities, he is actively involved in his church and has spent a great deal of time working with the Boy Scouts of America. As a young man, he earned the rank of Eagle Scout and knows the importance of hard work and determination.
