About Michael
Michael Miller has devoted more than 30 years of his life fighting for people who have been injured in the workplace or due to someone else’s negligence. He has chosen this area of the law to make a difference in people’s lives and help his clients navigate our complex legal system.
People faced with catastrophic injuries are often unable to work and support their families during the recovery process. These people need a strong advocate that is reliable and experienced in personal injury and workers compensation law. Michael’s main goal is to obtain reasonable compensation for my clients so they can return to their normal lives.
Michael has found over the years that insurance companies are good at taking premiums from clients, but are not very good at paying claims. Insurance companies have plenty of lawyers to represent their interest. He believes that clients should not fight the battle alone and works strictly on a contingent fee basis, which means he is only paid based on obtaining a result in his client’s case.
