Michael Glen Earl was raised in Moses Lake, Washington and loves the Columbia Basin. He is a third generation attorney and is fluent in Spanish. Professionally, Michael enjoys having the honor of assisting families with adoptions and working closely with his community.

Michael is a family man. He and his wife Allie have four wonderful children and they enjoy spending time together as a family of six. Apart from spending time with his family, Michael enjoys traveling, playing golf, reading books, PC gaming, and amateur woodworking. Michael is an Eagle Scout, and likes being involved in the community. One way he does this is by teaching Business Law at the local community college as an adjunct professor.
