About Michael

Michael J. Moore (partner) has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state court environmental disputes, as well as administrative hearings before State and local agencies.  He is experienced in all aspects of litigation and appellate practice, including appearances before the New York State Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.  His practice now includes extensive work in zoning, real property law (specializing in boundary, right of way and land title disputes); floodplain development and representing developers, municipal zoning and planning boards and landowners in all aspects of land use and development.  Mr. Moore has been the lead attorney in cases under CERCLA, SEQRA, and New York Public Service Law Article X (power plant siting).  Mr. Moore is counsel to the Town of Bethlehem zoning Board of Appeals and the Village of Altamont.  He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Albany Law School.
