Michael J. Shevlin is an accomplished trial attorney and principal at Shevlin Smith, P.C., where he represents individuals and families in complex medical malpractice and personal injury matters throughout Virginia and Washington, D.C. A Northern Virginia native, Michael has devoted his entire legal career to advocating for people harmed by negligence, including victims of car accidents, catastrophic injuries, birth injuries, and wrongful death. He earned his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 1989 and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1992.
