Michael J. Tortora, has expertise in providing strong litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases. Tortora has extensive experience collected through years of strong defense work. After handling defense cases for Allstate Insurance earlier in his career, Michael opened his own practice in Fairfield, Connecticut, where his practice focused on plaintiff and defense work in all areas of personal injury, as well as criminal defense, simultaneously serving as a Special Public Defender for the state of Connecticut in the Norwalk and Bridgeport Superior Courts. Attorney Tortora moved on to join the law firm of Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker, LLP, located in Stamford, Connecticut, serving as a senior trial attorney who defended clients of national insurance companies and Fortune 500 companies.
