About Michael
Michael Kremins has been practicing law for more than 30 years. Mr. Kremins started his career as an associate with the law firm of Kroll, Pomerantz & Cameron, now Kroll, Rubin & Fiorella. Prior to forming Raskin & Kremins, Mr. Kremins was associated with Dienst & Serrins, where he was responsible for handling all personal injury litigation within the firm. Dienst & Serrins was also general counsel for the Lieutenants and Captains of the New York City Police Department and at times litigated matters before administrative agencies on behalf of senior police officers. As a result, Mr. Kremins has extensive experience handling discrimination and police brutality matters.
