ZENOR AND KUEHNER OBTAIN ACQUITTAL IN FEDERAL COURT
Adam Zenor served as counsel for a criminal defendant, after a federal grand jury returned an Indictment for felon in possession of a firearm. Michael Kuehner also appeared on behalf of the defendant.
Trial commenced on Monday, January 23, 2018. The jury heard testimony for two days and received the case near close of business on Tuesday, January 24.
On Thursday, January 25, the SDIA jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
