He is the immediate past President of the prestigious Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, a professional organization open only to the top 250 trial lawyers as elected by their peers. Additionally, he is the immediate past Chairperson of The Accountability, Conduct and Ethics Commission of Allegheny County, the local government body that receives and investigates complaints of alleged Ethics Code violations by Allegheny County officials and employees.
