Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
A man recently retained our office to assist him with a personal injury claim. He was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street. The police report alleged he was at fault for the accident because he was wearing dark clothing and was walking in the street at night with poor lighting on the roadway. The man sustained substantial injuries when he was struck by the motor vehicle. Other Personal Injury Law Firms did not accept his case because of the allegations in the police report. He retained our office after being rejected by other attorneys. Within months, we proved the driver was more than 50% at fault for the accident and we were able to obtain a 6 figure settlement for him.

We built our successful practice by helping individuals, one person at a time.
