Michael J. Salek, Attorney

Michael J. Salek, Esquire is an Associate at the Miller Law Group, PLLC in Reading, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelors of Arts from Middlebury College, where he was on the Dean's List, and played four years on the basketball team. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Villanova University School of Law.

While in law school, Michael clerked part-time for several notable law firms, where he developed practical experience under the tutelage of some of the region's leading attorneys. While working for these firms, he researched and drafted research memoranda on a wide range of civil, contractual, criminal, and insurance matters. He also independently drafted legal briefs which prevailed in Pennsylvania state courts.

Michael's areas of practice include estate planning, contracts, divorce, civil litigation, and family law. He currently lives in Malvern, Pennsylvania, where he is an avid golfer.

Michael was quoted in an article titled "Intoxication: Taverns that Serve Tipsy Patrons Jeopardize their Liquor Licenses" from the Eastern Pennsylvania Journal in March 2009.
