Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I took on a case this past year that was rejected by two other law firms because the client had a prior back injury just a few months before his accident. We were able to help ensure the client received the necessary medical care he needed to treat the new injuries he suffered. We then went out and deposed his doctors and hired several experts that all addressed how the injury he suffered in the accident was different than his prior injury and required surgery. We were able to secure a sizable settlement for the client on the eve of trial that will take care of his medical needs going into the future. More than anything, the client was grateful that we believed in him and his case.

Very important. Often times, the knowledge of how a judge may rule on an issue, or how a local jury will react, will make the difference in the case.

My family, especially spending time with my two daughters.

Yes. I often volunteer at my church, I'm a youth soccer and baseball coach, and help with several non-profits that assist low-income and non-insured people receive necessary medical care and equipment.
