About Michele
Michele Scarponi's practice focuses on the defense of automobile and other manufacturers in product liability litigation. Her work also includes commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Michele's experience included representing corporate clients in all aspects of product liability and toxic tort litigation, including multi-district litigation, related to occupational exposure to asbestos and other toxic substances. She participated in the representation of a large corporate client in a multi-billion dollar RICO lawsuit. She handled multiple aspects of complex civil litigation and all aspects of discovery and document management.
