About Michelle
Ms. Coburn is a partner in the Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on construction litigation, products liability, bad faith litigation and consumer fraud claims. She has represented several major construction and manufacturing companies as well as premises owners in the defense of large personal injury matters. She also has extensive experience defending general negligence claims for insurance companies.
Ms. Coburn has served as both lead and associate trial counsel in jury and non-jury trials. She has handled over 150 arbitrations in both federal and state court.
Ms. Coburn received her B.S. in 1988 from Trenton State College with high honors and her J.D., summa cum laude, in 1991 from Rutgers University School of Law, where she was an editor of the Law Review. Ms. Coburn is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Georgia. In 2005, she was named in a survey of her peers as a Pennsylvania "Rising Star" attorney by Law & Politics magazine.
