About Michelle
Michelle K. Malloy received her B.A. in English from Villanova University in 1992. In 1997, she received a law degree from Villanova University School of Law, followed by a Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M.) from Villanova University School of Law in 2000. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Malloy clerked for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas before entering private practice.
Since 1998, Ms. Malloy's practice has focused on taxation, business planning and commercial transactions, and estate planning and administration. Her clients include a wide range of business entities such as professional practices, not for profit corporations, start-up entities, established corporations, as well as high net worth individuals. She has substantial experience in such matters as commercial leases, estate planning and administration matters, the representation of e-commerce, the representation of software companies, commercial and real estate financing matters, and the representation of taxpayers in connection with disputes with the Internal Revenue Service
Ms. Malloy has served as a beta tester for various tax software programs. In addition, Ms. Malloy has worked with the Alzheimer's Association - Delaware Valley Chapter, Volunteers for the Indigent Program, Art-Reach of Philadelphia, Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic, and Good Samaritan Hospice. Ms. Malloy is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Ms. Malloy is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New York and before the United States Tax Court.
