Prior to forming Klymko Law, P.A. in 2012, Ms. Klymko was a senior attorney at the firm of Becker & Poliakoff. As an experienced litigator, Ms. Klymko focuses her practice on several areas including real estate law, title/closings, foreclosures, code enforcement, criminal law, family disputes and commercial litigation. She also has experience working with public agencies and private companies doing business in the governmental arena and she has been brought in as Of Counsel to several South Florida law firms for special projects.
Ms. Klymko also holds a Florida Real Estate sales license with special training in residential, foreclosures, distressed property sales, auctions and vacation home rentals and sales. Her past legal experience includes representing and defending medical, legal, maritime professionals and transportation companies in civil litigation matters. Ms. Klymko also served as the deputy town attorney for the Town of Southwest Ranches.
Ms. Klymko has extensive knowledge of the government process as the former director of government affairs for the Miami Realtor Association. In that role, she represented thousands of members from various municipalities, Miami-Dade County, the Florida Legislature, and the United States Congress and at national and international conferences. Ms. Klymko worked as a lobbyist for Gray, Harris, Robinson law firm and served as a legislative intern for the Florida Senate and United States Senate.
