I attended college at the University of Utah, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor's degree in English and French. I then attended law school at the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law, graduating in the top third of class with my juris doctorate in 2014. I took and passed the Utah State Bar Exam later that summer, and shortly thereafter I went into private practice, working primarily as family/domestic law litigator and criminal defense attorney. After nearly nine years in family law and criminal defense, I decided to move into practice areas other than family/domestic law. As a result, in November 2023, I was fortunate enough to join the highly esteemed and successful law firm of Goebel Anderson PC, where I am practicing general commercial litigation.

Aria Nejad is the founder of ADN Law Group, PLLC. In 2008, Mr. Nejad graduated with honors from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He then worked as an Investment Advisor for Wells Fargo Bank before deciding on attending law school. In 2013, he earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. He is licensed to practice law in both Utah State Court and Utah Federal District Court. During his time in law school Mr. Nejad testified in front of the Utah State Senate and Utah House of Representatives on public policy matters. He assisted the ACLU by drafting Research Memoranda, Testimony, and Legislative Briefing Summaries on various bills during the 2012 and 2013 legislative sessions on Utah’s Capitol Hill. In 2012, he was awarded the Fabian Law Scholarship for his dedication to Pro-Bono work & academic excellence. In addition to his law school experience, Mr. Nejad has worked in both the public and private sectors of the Utah legal community. In 2012 he worked with The Legal Aid Society in the areas of employment, labor, divorce, family, criminal defense, and juvenile law. Mr. Nejad has also worked with multiple private practice law firms concerning matters of property law, landlord-tenant disputes, medical malpractice, and personal injury.

Benjamin Lawrence focuses on developing quality relationships with clients and providing them with dedicated and personalized service. Ben graduated cum laude from the S. J. Quinney College of Law, where he was a Leary Scholar. He received the top grade in his Lawyering Skills and Law & Literature courses and placed second in a regional ABA Negotiation Competition. He completed an internship with the Third District Office of the Guardian ad Litem, where he worked to represent the best interests of abused and neglected children in juvenile court. Prior to law school, Ben earned a dual Bachelor’s in English and Architecture from the University of Utah and a Master’s in Shakespearean Studies from King’s College London. Chris has lived throughout the United States but was raised primarily in Davis County. After graduation from Viewmont High School, Chris enlisted in the United States Army. While stationed with the 25th Infantry Division in Anchorage, Alaska, Chris deployed to multiple locations in the Middle East, most notably Afghanistan. After leaving military service, Chris returned to Utah, where he received his bachelor’s degree from Weber State University, graduating magna cum laude and with departmental honors in Criminal Justice in 2017. He then received his law degree from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, graduating with high honors in 2021. Chris believes that, while often challenging, the legal system can be accessible and manageable for all clients. He strives to ensure each client has a personalized experience to ensure that the stress and uncertainty of the legal process are minimized as much as possible.
