Shenila A. Momin graduated with a double major in Political Science and Communications in 1995 from Houston Baptist University suma cum laude. She attended some of the top law schools in the United States from Notre Dame Law School in South Bend, Indiana to Southern Methodist University Law School in Dallas, Texas. Farooq A. Esani spent his early years in Karachi, Pakistan. He moved to U.S. in 1986 as a student to attend the University of Houston. Mr. Esani received his law degree in 1999, graduating Cum Laude. Mr. Esani is authorized to practice law before the Supreme Court of Texas and all Immigration Courts. Mr. Esani served as an Immigration Associate for the prestigious firm of Thompson & Knight, LP until 2000, when he entered the private practice of law. Mr. Esani devotes his practice to family and employment-based immigration, employer sanctions and naturalization, as well as some litigation. As a community leader, Mr. Esani has conducted numerous public seminars on immigration matters. In addition, Mr. Esani serves on the board of various community associations and provides legal assistance to community health and financial institutions. Farooq A. Esani is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association.
