About Mo
Mo Ibrahim graduated from The University of California Davis in 1990. Following his graduation Mo was accepted at Texas Southern University School of Law.
Upon Graduating from law school in 1993, Mo began his legal career with the Galveston County District Attorney's Office. In his first two years with the District Attorney's office Mo successfully tried numerous misdemeanors cases including Driving While Intoxicated and Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Mo was promoted to the Felony Division were he tried all level felony offenses including possession of controlled substance, motions to revoke probation and Capital Murder. Mo was promoted to Chief of a Felony court in 1996. Mo was one of only a select group of prosecutors selected by the Texas District and County Attorney's Association as an instructor and traveled across Texas teaching prosecutors on all aspects of Jury Trial advocacy and Jury Trial Skills. Mo was promoted to First Assistant District Attorney and supervised a staff of 32 prosecutors.
Mo left the District Attorney's Office after being there for 13 years to form a partnership with Michael Elliott, also a former Galveston County Assistant District Attorney.
Mo has over 13 years experience as a trial attorney and has tried over 100 jury trials
