Mohamad Ahmad is a seasoned trial lawyer with a proven track record of success. In most cases, Mohamad is brought into the case just weeks before trial. In 2016, Mohamad obtained a multi-million dollar jury verdict when the defense only offered less than 5% of the verdict prior to trial. That same year, he also obtained over $2 Million for his client in a hotly contested trust dispute. In 2015, Mohamad obtained a $2.35 Million settlement in Georgia against an employer in a wrongful death suit. Mohamad also obtained a defense verdict after jury trial on behalf of a multinational corporation against the corporation’s former president, who sought over $20 million in damages for wrongful termination. At trial, the former president was represented by the named partner of a major California law firm.
